The Magical Land of Qoo!
Research on Qoo
Fun Facts!
Temp: -900 to -100 degrees F.
Seasons: "Winter" all year round.
Climate: Freezing. No precipitation,
PH Level: No phosphorus.
Soil: Only rock is present on Qoo.
Terrain: Rocky and watery.
Disturbance on Qoo
Helium(in gas form called suidth) starts in the atmosphere (yeak), and the Boii uses it to produce offspring (when the use the helium to produce offspring, we describe it as qauur). Other animals acquire it by eating the Boii (when this occurs, we call it tujjiup), and when the organisms die, Lou decomposes the bodies (the process is called uyhhaa). During this process, helium is released into the atmosphere, and creates a liquid oxygen/helium combination (called tbbau). Thus, a biochemical cycle (called ierb) is born!
Biogeochemical Cycle
Our top researchers have decided to conduct a study about the development of the Raj, from birth to death. They predict that as it grows older, the Raj will start out eating small organisms (Boii), then move on to consuming larger organisms (Tiks and Pucks).
Independent Variable: Age of Raj
Dependednt Variable: Organisms Raj comsumes
Timeline of Research: Birth of Raj to Death of Raj.
Years ago, a terrible occurance changed Qoo forever. One of the biggest fireballs ever known hit this still-developing planet. Scientists have gotten their hands on proof, but the effects this meteor had on Qoo is still unbelievable. It increased global temperatures, where the icy surface immediately started to melt, causing a spontaneous release of liquid oxygen! Tik were endangered, since they couldn't survive these high temperatures, though studies have proven a slight increase of Boii population.

Qoo is nothing but greatness. Located somewhere in space, far from human interaction, this little planet has some of the most interesting, exciting creatures to inhabit the universe. Found in Qoo are the murderous Raj, Pucks, Tiks, and Boiis, with the less-frigtening Lous. The helium/nitrogen atmosphere is simply to die for (especially if you're human), and our liquid oxygen waters are perfect for sustaining life! Qoo life, that is. "Sun" as Earthlings call it, is unheard of. "Heat" is a word Qooties are oblivious of.
They call me Raj.
I am the deadliest, scariest, organsim to walk/slither/swim through Qoo. I run on pure instinct, since I have no brain and no eyes. Echolocation gets me around, and so do my millions of feelers found on my killer bod. If you want to mess with me, beware. I use my tentacles to wrap around the prey , where I then inject you with helium. Then BAM! Dinner time where I usually feast on unwilling Pucks. During my 14 to 20 year life, I reproduce every six months, with about 6 to 8 of my spawn.
Raj (Rajmementuspicus) 4th Level Heterotroph
Puck (Puckuriussamurius) 3rd Level Heterotroph
Tik (Abbustikius) 2nd Level Heterotroph
Lou (Hajjaballou) Decomposer/Producer
Boii (Boiilientus) 1st Level Autotroph
